Ouch...that was what I was hoping for as well. All the Err7s make me want to quit GW for a while...

One thing I found, after a string of 8, was that quitting the game entirely and restarting seemed to fix it. I haven't had the problem reoccur for me to test if this is actually a true workaround or whether it was just a fluke, though.

yeah same here. Although im sure its for the weekend events they have plenty of updates in which they dont provide the notes. Oh well.no problem i guess.

Ive never had the err 7 problem though.

i was fine last night for a few hours of playing, but as soon as i got on today i got the error 007s again, and this is after the update, so...yeah...I'm starting to get really annoyed by it.

FYI, gaile is aware of it, and has responded. I put her posts here, but you can just follow links to original threads.

What towns this happens in, what server, what campaigns you own, what time it was at, maybe even what charachter type, will all help this issue be found faster

i dont think there's anything we can do but wait until anet fixes this problem.

in the meantime, try to find ways around the problem. almost every explorable area has at least 2 portals. so instead of going through the broken portal, find another one that isnt and go that way.

eg. sss -> marga coast
alternate : command post -> arkjok ward -> marga coast

worked for me

Interesting bug this is, to bad it doesn't seem to affect me. Everything works fine for me, has been for months. Wonder what the cause is, wonder if its network specific or hardware specific.

Maybe you guys should list your hardware, locations, and Internet Service providers to see if there is a similarity among them all.
